This policy explains what personal data MA3 Pro Plugins collects, why, and your rights. The data controller is me, Erez Makavy, 30 Ha'alon St., Giv'at Ada 3780800, Israel. Contact: hepi@ma3-pro-plugins.com.

What I collect

• Email address, name
    ◦ When: You create an account or sign in with Google
    ◦ Why: To run your account and deliver your Plugins
• Purchase records: Plugins bought, price, date, order number, billing details you enter at checkout
    ◦ When: You buy a Plugin
    ◦ Why: To give you access to what you bought, handle refunds, and keep records required by tax law
• Payment details
    ◦ When: At checkout
    ◦ Why: Processed by PayMe (cards) or PayPal. I never see or store your full card details.
• Your emails to me, and any show files or crash logs you send
    ◦ When: You contact support
    ◦ Why: To answer you and fix problems
• Name, email, the Plugins and grandMA3 versions you test, your feedback
    ◦ When: You join the beta testing program
    ◦ Why: To send you test versions and follow up on your feedback
• IP address, browser type, pages visited
    ◦ When: You use the website
    ◦ Why: To run, secure and fix the website
• Marketing preferences
    ◦ When: You subscribe or unsubscribe
    ◦ Why: To send news and offers only if you agreed

Legal basis (for visitors in the EU and UK)

I process your data to perform my contract with you (account, delivery, support), to meet legal obligations (tax records), for my legitimate interests (security, improving the site and the Plugins), and with your consent (marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who processes your data for me

• Wix — hosts this website, the store and your account.
• PayMe and PayPal — process payments.
• Brevo — marketing and update emails, and my customer list.
• Google — my email, storage of support files, website logs, and sign-in if you choose "Sign in with Google".

I don't sell your personal data.

International transfers

I am based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate data protection. Some of my providers process data in other countries, including the United States; they do so under recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

This website runs on Wix, which sets cookies needed for the site, the store and sign-in to work, and may set cookies to measure how the site performs. Details are in Wix's cookie policy.

How long I keep data

I keep your account data while your account is active. Purchase records are kept for 7 years, as tax law requires. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, I keep your address on a do-not-email list so I never contact you again by mistake. You can ask me to delete your account at any time; I then delete your data except what the law requires me to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email hepi@ma3-pro-plugins.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

My products are not intended for children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

I may update this policy and will post the new version on this page.
