Refund Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

My Plugins are digital products that can be copied once downloaded, so refunds are limited to the cases below. I want every customer to be able to use what they bought, so please contact me first if something doesn't work; most problems can be fixed.

When you can get a refund

Within 14 days of purchase, you can request a full refund if:

• the Plugin doesn't work as described on its product page, on a supported grandMA3 version, and I can't fix the problem within a reasonable time after you report it;
• you were charged twice for the same Plugin;
• you bought the wrong Plugin and haven't downloaded it yet.

I don't offer refunds for change of mind after download, or for incompatibility with grandMA3 versions or hardware not listed as supported on the product page.

How to request a refund

Email hepi@ma3-pro-plugins.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (card or PayPal). Bank processing times may vary.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your licence for that Plugin ends. The Plugin is removed from your account, and you must delete any copies you have.

EU and UK consumers: right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download begins. By downloading a Plugin, you ask me to deliver it immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download starts. Business customers don't have this statutory right of withdrawal. Neither point affects refunds for faulty products described above, or your other statutory rights.

Purchases from resellers

If you bought a Plugin from one of my resellers, such as AddonDesk, refunds are handled by that reseller under their own policy.
