1. Who I am
MA3 Pro Plugins is run by me, Erez Makavy, a sole proprietor based in Israel.

In these terms, "I", "me" and "my" refer to me, Erez Makavy, trading as MA3 Pro Plugins.
2. What I sell
I sell software plugins for grandMA3 lighting consoles and grandMA3 onPC software ("Plugins"). When you buy a Plugin, you buy a licence to use it, not ownership of the software.
3. Licence
After full payment, I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Plugins you bought on the consoles and computers that you or your company own or operate. You may not:
• share, resell, sublicense or publish the Plugins or their source code;
• remove copyright or licence notices from them;
• use them to build a competing product.
All intellectual property in the Plugins remains mine. Plugins received for free or as a trial are covered by the same restrictions.
4. Your account
You need an account on this website to buy and download Plugins. Keep your sign-in details secure and your email address up to date; I deliver Plugins and updates through your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on this website. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Payment is made at checkout on this website, which runs on Wix. Card payments are processed by PayMe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. I never see or store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Plugins are delivered digitally. After payment, they are available to download from the My Plugins page of your account (www.ma3-pro-plugins.com/account/myplugins). Nothing is shipped.
7. Updates and support
Your purchase includes the version of the Plugin available when you buy it. I may release free updates for that version, available from your account, but I don't promise them; new major versions may be sold separately. Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
Plugins are built for the grandMA3 software versions stated on each product page. I can't guarantee compatibility with future grandMA3 releases, though I aim to update the Plugins when needed.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered by my Refund Policy.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase, I may suspend downloads and updates of the Plugins concerned until the dispute is resolved.
9. No affiliation
These are third-party plugins and have no affiliation with MA Lighting International GmbH. grandMA3 is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe compatibility.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
I make every effort to deliver high-quality products, but I don't guarantee that the Plugins are free from defects. The Plugins are provided "as is", and you use them at your own risk. Always test Plugins before using them in a live show.
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the Plugins. In any case, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Plugin concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The version published on this page when you buy applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Haifa, Israel have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. These terms are written in English; any translation is for
convenience only.
